NewTek recently stopped supporting the TriCaster 410, TriCaster 460 and the TriCaster 860. If you have one of those systems and it goes down, you can no longer send the system to NewTek for repair.
We work on those systems (and other TriCaster models). We have the various repair parts needed on hand to get your TriCaster 410, 460 or 860 working again including motherboards, system drives, graphics cards, power supplies, etc.
We charge a modest troubleshooting fee to determine what is wrong with your TriCaster at our shop. Once we determine what is wrong we will send you a detailed repair invoice listing all labor, part(s) and return shipping costs. At that point you will tell us to complete the repairs or ship the system back to you in its original condition and only owe us the troubleshooting fee and return shipping costs.
We have been fixing TriCasters since 2012, starting with the original TriCaster 100. Feel free to contact Matt Drabick at mdrabick@mindspring.com or 919 810 9457 with any questions you may have.
